Ofcom complaint regarding “The War on Britain’s Roads”

I have today submitted a complaint to Ofcom regarding the television documentary broadcast last night on BBC1, titled “The War on Britain’s Roads”. My complaint concerns the ethical line crossed by the Leopard Films programme makers in using non-attributed commercial video footage of illegal and criminally irresponsible urban road racing by a group of cycle couriers known as the Alley Cats. The distressing imagery of the Alley Cats film was combined with video recorded by cameras carried by London cyclists involved in accidents and violent encounters with motorists.
From email discussions within the London cycling community I understand that the Alley Cats video was not only improperly incorporated into the documentary from an editorial perspective, it was used without the express permission of the copyright holder.
