“The first of more than 100 countries are expected to sign a treaty banning the stockpiling and use of cluster bombs in Norway’s capital, Oslo.”
I know, it’s terrible. And such an inoffensive people too.

Jyskemand – Isn’t Oslo the legacy of Danish colonialism? But since you ask, I haven’t seen the place since the late 90s. Has it changed much in that time? I’ve always thought of Oslo as Guildford-on-Sea, and that it could do with some serious de-planning.

Dr Sedgemore (got it right this time – sorry about last time), yes, I remember Oslo like that, or perhaps Bury St Edmonds. It’s just too nice and, this may sound harsh, but they’ve had it far too easy over there for far too long.

What I want or don’t want is neither here nor there, doc, but I just think that few explosions would jerk them out of their complacent mentality. It’s for their own good – in the long run.
