It’s a great embarrassment for all Italians.
I left Italy when he was elected the first time as the general thinking had degenerated thanks to the idiot above and the Country was spiraling into stupidity.
“Oh my giddy aunt!” was my initial reaction I when I saw that report. Then it dawned that this Silvio Berlusconi true to form. Insulting an American black man must make a nice change for him, from cheering on the beating by police of gypsies in his own country.
There are few people in this world I really detest, but this man is one of them. Unfortunately, the Italians, who are otherwise often such lovely people, can be too easily led by somebody with swagger.

Hey, but lets face it, Berlusconi - what an advert for plastic surgery and Grecian 2000, eh?

Who’s Pete R? Is it a compliment or an insult to be thought to be him? Not that I mind.

Meant completely as a compliment.
